FreeFalcon | Mobile fall protection anchor
The mobile anchor pole FreeFalcon with the patented safety module allow for the perfect combination between safety and freedom of motion. FreeFalcon was specially developed for the use of Formworks or right on the edge and offers advanced security on the construction site. The Security system can be used efficiently for example when mounting the ceiling formwork Evodeck and the beam slab formwork Velox by Interfama.
FreeFalcon is within the norms of DIN EN 795-2012 class E and is a fall protection anchor, especially tested for the anchorage of hight safety systems according to EN 360 CE. It allows a safe catch of a fall with a maximum distance of 10 meters.
The worker connects his harness to a rope with the height safety device, which in turn is mounted to a mobile anchor pole with a pivotable mechanized arm. The safety element engages before the max capacity of 150kg is reached and automatically retracts the arm and locks it in place.
The safety of the user is increased without a decrease in agility and mobility. Thanks to the pivotable arm and the working radius of up to 10m, FreeFalcon mobility is guaranteed. Additionally, it is easy realizable by crane or pallet truck.

How it works:
A retractable fall arrester with pull rope is attached to a mobile anchor mast with a rotating swivel arm.
As soon as the permissible payload is exceeded, the safety module is triggered: The extension arm is retracted and pulls the attachment point towards it.
At the same time the safety locks in place, immobilizing the pole, thus holding the user safe and steady
