Beam Slab Formwork – VELOX
VELOX is the beam slab formwork for all kinds of layouts. Meeting individual requirements regarding the concrete finish is no problem because it is suitable for a variety of surfaces, such as massive concrete, panelled surfaces, hollow stone floor and as well as for Styrofoam slab.
Two VELOX design versions are available and both versions can be assembled and dismantled easily and safely by only 2 people. This system impresses with 50% reduced working times for setting up and dismantling, as well as that the operations are carried out from the floor-level with easy-to-use and lightweight system components. The system offers a high load-bearing capacity – up to 21,5 kN/m².
The slab formwork system is suitable for all surface requirements, due to freely selectable formlining for the stipulated quality and adaptable to suit the required joint arrangements. In addition, early striking with the drophead system reduces on-site material requirements and allows the immediate use of all horizontal components.
The system adapts to any type of surface, even in the presence of obstacles (walls, pillars, stairwells,etc.)., or confined areas. It allows to obtain maximum coverage with just a few simple accessories.
The times for realising the formwork of the areas of compensation are minimized. The listed features and benefits of this system promote maximum flexibility for a wide range of requirements, also for great heights.

New hospital in the southeast of Bari
After the lockdown due to Covid, construction of the new south-eastern Bari hospital in the “l’Assunta” district between Monopoli and Fasano was resumed. INTERFAMA systems used: G7000 system for columns and VELOX system for the ceilings.
Construction of the new police headquarters in Trento (TN)
The following formwork systems were used for the new police headquarters in Trento: MAXIM Alu for walls, support frames PAT for one-sided walls and VEOX for the ceilings.
New hospital in the southeast of Bari
After the lockdown due to Covid, construction of the new south-eastern Bari hospital in the “l’Assunta” district between Monopoli and Fasano was resumed. INTERFAMA systems used: G7000 system for columns and VELOX system for the ceilings.
Construction of the new police headquarters in Trento (TN)
The following formwork systems were used for the new police headquarters in Trento: MAXIM Alu for walls, support frames PAT for one-sided walls and VEOX for the ceilings.
Construction of apartments Park Verona
Systems used: MAXIM for walls, columns and lift shafts – VELOX for the ceilings (note: realization of 4 ceilings in 45 days).
Construction of the new building at the hospital entrance “Sacro Cuore don Calabria” in Negrar – Verona
The formwork systems were in use: the PAT system for one-sided walls, the MAXIM formwork system for walls and columns, the Geoplast system for round columns and the VELOX ceiling formwork system with phenol-coated formwork for the entire ceilings on 4 floors and a total of 15,000 m² of ceiling area.
Construction of a residential complex ABI PARK Bari
For the construction of a residential complex with 13 floors, ABI PARK from Bari, which consists of 4 buildings, INTERFAMA supplied the ceiling formwork system VELOX for the realization of the entire ceiling.
Construction of the new Dakar Ministry
For the construction of the new Dakar Ministry, INTERFAMA supplied 4,000 m² of ceiling formwork, 500 m² of wall formwork and 95 circular column formwork.
Construction of a new production hall in the province of Bolzano
For the realization of the ceiling with a height of 5.10 meters and a ceiling thickness of 52 cm, approx. 650 m² of the ceiling formwork system VELOX were used. In addition, insulation panels were laid directly on the slab formwork as formwork and used as permanent formwork.

– 3,500 m² slab formwork “ALUSTERN support system” and VELOX slab formwork system complete with additional supports for immediate further formwork.
Completion of the hospital construction site in Brescia
The construction project to expand the Poliambulanza institution. Brescia Hospital has been closed. INTERFAMA Rent supplied all formwork systems for walls and ceilings for their implementation, in detail:
